1. Are you license and insured?
Yes, Sanzie Healthcare Services, Inc. Home Care is licensed by the Georgia Department of Community Health as a Private Home Care Provider. We also have $1,000,000 liability insurance.
2. How are your caregivers screened and selected?
Sanzie Healthcare Services, Inc. Home Care’s management staffs interview each caregiver that we employ. We require our caregivers to have a satisfactory local background check, TB clearance, First-aid and CPR training, Driver’s License, Social Security Card, Resume, and our agency conducts a national background check on each employee.
3. Who pays for homecare services?
Sanzie Healthcare Services, Inc. Home Care methods of reimbursement for our Homecare services are through Community Care Service Program (CCSP), Service Options Using Resources in Community Environments (SOURCE), Private Pay, Long-Term Care Insurance, Worker’s Compensation and Aid and Attendee Program for Veterans and Surviving Spouses.
4. Staff availability to work?
Sanzie Healthcare Services, Inc. Home Care Caregivers are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year including holidays.
5. Do I receive a copy of my rights and responsibility, complaint procedures, and privacy notices?
During an initial assessment, Sanzie Healthcare Registered nurse will discuss client’s rights and responsibility, complaint procedures, privacy notices and copy will be given to client and/or family.
6. How soon can services start for my loved one?
Services can begin as soon as a care plan is written by our Sanzie Healthcare Registered nurse. A care plan will provide descriptions of services to be rendered by our caregivers.
